Ours started in 2007 with a modest budget, strong determination, and the belief that hospitality spaces could be designed better. We began by supplying professional catering equipment and kitchen accessories, but it quickly became clear that our clients were looking for more than individual products. They needed a partner capable of delivering complete, well-designed environments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That insight led us to designing and delivering entire kitchens, bars, and back-of-house facilities. By combining custom-made stainless steel furniture with professional equipment, we took responsibility not only for supplying products, but for creating spaces where functionality, workflow, and efficiency came together. Every completed project became another step in building our experience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As the company grew, so did our ambitions. We expanded into the production of mobile hospitality concepts, developing food bikes, carts, and trailers that have since been delivered across Europe, as well as to the United States, Australia, and the Middle East. Working on such diverse projects deepened our understanding of materials, engineering, and the real needs of end users.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The next natural step was creating products of our own. We introduced our signature monoblock kitchen islands, bespoke professional bars, and a modular furniture system based on 40, 60, and 80 cm units. The result is a collection that combines the durability and functionality of professional kitchens with the refined aesthetics expected in contemporary interiors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Today, JG Gastro is headquartered in \u015awi\u0105tniki G\u00f3rne, near Krak\u00f3w. From here, we develop new products, manage projects, and coordinate installations across Europe. Our mobile hospitality division now operates independently under the MOVO Concept brand, while JG Gastro focuses on designing and delivering premium stainless steel furniture for private homes, restaurants, hotels, and commercial spaces.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Looking back, our products, markets, and the scale of our projects have evolved significantly. What has remained unchanged is our belief that exceptional design, uncompromising quality, and practical functionality should always go hand in hand.
